We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager with experience managing large programs in the Banking/Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement an integrated program plan, outlining goals, timelines, and key milestones.

· Manage program risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

· Communicate regularly with all stakeholders and provide weekly status updates.

· Handle program-level changes and adjustments.

· Track and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and financials.

· Create and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint for senior stakeholders.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

· Utilize tools like Jira and follow SAFe Agile methodologies for project management.

· Manage release planning, migration, and testing phases effectively.

Requirements:

· Proven experience managing large programs, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Excellent PowerPoint skills.

· Experience with Jira, SAFe Agile, and software development processes.

· Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
