- A deep understanding of all component and system type failures coupled with great server hardware knowledge.
- In search of an experienced Data Center Technician to help with both company-specific servers and data center buildouts at customer data centers.
- To be successful, the candidate must possess strong technical hardware, physical network setup, and verbal/written communication skills
- Fix hardware by using Linux and Windows command-line.
- Ensure timely, detailed, precise, and accurate feedback is provided to the engineering teams regarding failures, server serviceability, and interfacing with the data center.
- Organizing pre-work meetings to talk about the requirements, equipment needed, expectations, and ensure everyone is in sync and everything is clear.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is necessary.
- Producing standard operating procedures (SOPs), information articles, and guides.
- Having CCNA, MCITP, MCP, or MSCE certification is desired
