**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled residential and light commercial Audio Visual Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in field service, audio visual products and services, cabling , and mechanical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot audiovisual systems.

**Duties:**

- Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial audiovisual equipment

- Install and program audio and video equipment including televisions, audio systems, networks, camera systems etc.

- Inspect and test equipment to ensure functionality

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with AV systems

- Collaborate with clients to determine their AV needs for new projects.

- Set up and install media equipment such as LCD projectors, speakers, TVs, video monitors, and cameras.

- Set up additional support AV tools like equipment racks.

- Complete low voltage electrical wiring, programming, and basic construction

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in cabling and installation

- Strong mechanical knowledge

- Experience with hand tools for installation and maintenance

- Knowledge of low voltage systems

- Understanding of computer hardware components

- Electrical aptitude for wiring and connections

- Ability to troubleshoot audio visual issues.
