Are you a seasoned Scheduler seeking to leverage your expertise in a dynamic and challenging construction environment? Your Role: The Orchestrator of Construction Timelines

As the lead Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in the success of numerous construction projects across the region, wielding Primavera P6 as your instrument to orchestrate intricate project timelines. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, effectively managing resources, and ensuring seamless project execution.


Your Responsibilities: The Cornerstones of Project Success

  • Schedule Development and Management: Employ your Primavera P6 expertise to create and maintain detailed project schedules that encapsulate all tasks, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Resource Allocation and Management: Effectively allocate and manage resources, ensuring the right personnel, equipment, and materials are available when needed.
  • Change Management Prowess: Adapt schedules promptly and efficiently in response to project changes, utilizing Primavera P6 to maintain overall project momentum.
  • Collaborative Communication: Foster collaboration and informed decision-making by communicating project schedules and updates to all stakeholders.
  • Unwavering Attention to Detail: Ensure that schedules are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect all project requirements, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.


Your Qualifications: The Pillars of Expertise

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a minimum of 12+ years of experience as a Scheduler in the construction industry, with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects with relevant scheduling tools and software.
  • Primavera P6 Proficiency: Possess advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 software, encompassing schedule development, resource management, and change management.
  • Project Management Savvy: Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of project management principles and practices, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Foster collaboration and informed decision-making through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and find creative solutions to scheduling challenges.
