Education and Experience:

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in their field of work and qualifications

Bachelor’s (B.A.) preferred, especially in financial or procurement/supply chain field but not required

2+ years’ experience or Master's degree preferred

Qualifications:

Requires professional knowledge in contract management, procurement, technology, economics, or science, applying diverse methods, tools, and principles to various situations

Just having 1-2 years of experience is fine but needs to know the process

Cannot be pressured by others in completing the tasks successfully strong headed and won’t be considering changing correct guidelines

Working with Word (know templates and modify), possibly Jira (confluence), DocuSign, Avid- purchase order system

Must be detail-oriented and very organized

Must have good social and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzes, comments on, and executes tenders, contracts, and related documents, providing proactive advice

Drafts and completes standard contract templates (MSA/quote/SOW, etc.) according to spend type, application, and engagement details, following local and global guidelines and regulations

Coordinates contract term negotiations among stakeholders, vendors, legal, compliance, and cybersecurity teams

Supports legal, compliance, and cybersecurity processes, ensuring adherence to internal and external guidelines and regulations

Participates in contract negotiations and contributes to the negotiation strategy's formulation and implementation

Ensures compliance with internal standards and external regulations

Contributes to the standardization of contracts and process improvements

Follows local signature guidelines and routes contracts for signatures

Generates purchase orders in the Avid system

Taking procurement requests from vendors and work with the standardized agreement templates and drafting the agreements (legal, security, business) through to signature

Send out data privacy questionnaires and use the information to complete templates

Create purchase orders task

Negotiate with vendor (pricing, $ amount)

Changes and modifications changes from vendor will critical need to think of next steps

Experienced Professional roles are expected to independently contribute to and deliver business processes, binding contracts, or detailed technology solutions, thereby contributing to team results

These roles focus on contract drafting and management, with targets characterized as short to medium-term milestones

Performance is monitored, and they may offer functional advice to and integrate services of operational staff or semi-professional colleagues
