Wayland Personal Physicians, located in Wayland MA, is a Concierge Practice in Metrowest Boston. We currently have 2 physicians and a PA-C, and are looking to add a third physician.


Role Description

  • Full time (4 days/week in office plus 1 day for administrative time)
  • Seeking an experienced physician with an interest in Women's Health and Primary Care.
  • Small panel of patients (300 is a full practice)
  • Malpractice insurance provided
  • Health insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k), FSA, Company 401(k) contribution
  • Staff position with Newton Wellesley Hospital / Mass General Brigham network
  • MGB/Epic EHR
  • Premier office space
  • Starting guaranteed base salary while beginning to build panel, with increased compensation as panel grows


Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality patient care
  • 5+ years of primary care experience
