Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated contractor to service and provide on-site technical support for innovative dispensed solutions in the Client. This role involves hands-on responsibilities including regular maintenance, attending events to provide training and troubleshooting, and leading efforts in testing and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular maintenance on dispensed solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
• Attend events to provide training and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Provide leadership in testing and maintaining mechanical systems associated with the equipment.
• Collaborate on the design of mechanical systems, when necessary, with a focus on fluidics and thermal management.
• Understand customer needs and contribute to the design and improvement of products as needed.
Qualifications:
• Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and electromechanical systems.
• Competence in 3D authoring software (CREO preferred) and change management software (Windchill preferred).
• Experience in quality planning/design for reliability, including DFMEA, test planning, execution, instrumentation, and data analysis.
• Strong technical communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with embedded software and electronics is preferred.
• Proficiency in Matlab and/or LabView is preferred.
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Master's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering is preferred.
