Overview:

Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with senior executives, including the CEO, to define and execute the company’s technology strategy.
  • Drive technological innovation, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the technology department’s budget, allocating resources effectively.
  • Evaluate cost-effective technology solutions while maintaining quality and compliance.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay informed about medical device regulations and standards related to packaging.
  • Ensure that technology practices comply with federal rules, regulations, and codes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster collaboration between technology teams, medical professionals, and other relevant departments.
  • Enhance communication channels to improve overall efficiency.

Supplier Relationships:

  • Cultivate healthy relationships with suppliers to ensure timely access to necessary materials.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels to prevent disruptions in production.

Licensing and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all necessary licenses are up-to-date to avoid legal issues.
  • Prevent any potential prosecution or termination of services to the public.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Evaluate and address tensions that may arise within technology teams or across departments.
