Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and passionate real estate professional to join our rapidly growing development and investment team. The Manager will work directly with the development/investment team, being an integral part of the overall growth of the platform. The analyst role will directly support the team through the following process: Investment Structure, Capital Market Negotiations, Due Diligence Analysis/Reporting, Investor Relations. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate on development initiatives with current and prospective partners, including the creation of pro-forma financial assumptions. Assist the supervisor in shaping and structuring joint venture and investment frameworks. 
  • Run applicable sensitivity analysis as part of the underwriting ensuring risk mitigation strategies are accessed. 
  • Communicate directly with internal stakeholders and clients on a project-by-project basis. 
  • Work directly with client legal team and onboarding on a individual clientele basis 
  • Manage project-by-project budget controls during stabilization periods. 
  • Assist in the management and structuring project-by-project capital market basis structure. 
  • Manage and organize project underwriting models for internal and external processes. 
  • Conduct applicable market research to ensure accurate underwriting and investment presentations. 
  • Perform strategic ad-hoc financial modeling through various scenario analysis underwriting efforts. 
  • Support due diligence procedures by executing document control, reviewing due diligence materials, validating projections, and handling other assigned responsibilities. This entails employing critical thinking in the examination of contracts and the structuring of deals. 
  • Assist in the structure and creation of lender and investment offering memorandums, due diligence, and reporting requirements. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, economics or other related fields 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial real estate or investment banking experience 
  • Strong financial modeling skills 
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with high attention to detail & quality of output. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
