Solutions Architect

Team is looking to add a Solutions Architect to join an AWS modernization project within FILI. Role sits under ET.

Contract is 1 yr

Location(s): Durham, NC only. Hybrid Scheduled – must be able to partake in dynamic work

Team:

Team – 6 total Architects – 4 in US, 2 in India support wealth management chapter. FILI major focus. Total of 30 squads over seeing.

Interview:

· 2 rounds – 1st rd is technical/systems design. 2nd rd is a mix of behavioral and tech · Duration, 1st is 30-45 mins. 2nd is 2 hrs and 30 mins 60 long Architectural Scenario; 60 min Tech Assessment, 30 min Leadership and Cultural Interview.

What you will be responsible for

This role will be a very hands-on role driving the overall technical and solutions architecture. You will be responsible for all aspects of the solution architecture, from security to data strategy, and work closely with all areas of engineering to best align architecture. You will collaboratively work across other product areas and multiple business units influencing and driving the digital modernization efforts within.

In general, we are looking for a solid Solutions Architect that can lead and drive the end-to-end architecture of multiple teams in a complex space.

The following is a selection of skills (but not a hard list of requirements) that will help you thrive in this role:

  • Proven experience in architecture, including scalability, resilience, security, and data architecture.
  • Experienced in engineering web and mobile applications end to end, with a focus on customer experience, scale, security, and performance
  • Proficient in Cloud Architecture, Services, and Patterns
  • Experience in DevSecOps and authoring CI/CD automation
  • Deep understanding of well architected framework implementation in Enterprise: Operation Excellent, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency and Cost optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Domain Driven Design and the ability to apply it to new domains.
  • Proven experience developing systems based on patterns of microservices
  • Experience building highly scalable architecture to support Omnichannel experience platforms
