Our client has a new opportunity for a Data Analyst to join their team a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and resolving ticket ques

  • Triaging tickets

  • Researching and resolving tickets with an expectation of 20 tickets per week

  • Project managing as needed

 
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required

  • Minimum 2 to 4+ years of experience

  • Experience with Azure

  • Scoring vulnerability experience (no particular system experience required. Knowledge should be transferable across platforms)

  • Vulnerability management, patch management, security analyst experience

  • Patch remediation and vulnerability experience (capable of completing 20 per week expectation)

  • Security experience is a plus

 
 
 
$45.00 - $49.80 per hour
 
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
