Agile Business Systems Analyst for Client The selected candidate must be proficient in Agile practices of story writing and requirements gathering. Able to deliver written project deliverables and communicate to stakeholders at all levels.

Required / Desired Skills

Proven working experience as a business systems analyst for medium to large projectsRequired5Years

Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors.Required5Years

Able to accurately define and capture project requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.Required5Years

Able to write UAT test scripts from use cases and proficient in UAT testing.Required5Years

Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks.Required5Years

Able to track requirements throughout lifecycle of SDLC cycleRequired5Years

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ADO, JIRA and ConfluenceRequired5Years

Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problemsRequired5Years

Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervisionRequired5Years

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsRequired5Years

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsRequired5Years

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsRequired5Years

Election experience strongly preferredHighly desired4Years

Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certificationsHighly desired
