Thrive LA is currently hiring motivated individuals for our full-time, Sales Account Executive position. Learning the basics of our sales model is an important key to the expansion of our company and to diversifying our client portfolio for future ventures. This role will oversee new business account acquisition and management on behalf of our client.
Responsibilities for Sales Account Executives:
- Oversee new business account acquisition, from prospecting to close
- Manage retention of business accounts and maintain strong customer relationship
- One-on-one sales presentations
- Territory management and organization
- Maintain KPIs outline within the role
- Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in our CRM systems
- Aid in the training and development of other team members (after meeting certain metrics)
Requirements for the Sales Account Executive:
- Bachelor or Associate degree preferred, but not required
- Customer service or sales experience
- Be organized and dependable
- Ability to work well with a team
- Leadership potential
- Great work ethic and discipline
- Outstanding attitude
