Sourcing Specialist

Employment Resource Group, Inc. (ERG) is looking for a talented young professional to join our energetic team to assist the recruiting team in finding the best talent for our clients, while also working on basic office admin duties. Astounding internet-sleuthing skills are preferred, but not required for this position

Essential Job Functions:

• Schedule calls and interviews
• Be responsible for all incoming calls that come into the company
• Utilize internet resources (internal recruiting database, LinkedIn, etc.) to research and find candidates and create sourcing (call) plans for the ERG recruiting team
• Use unique and creative sourcing strategies to uncover nontraditional sources for qualified talent
• Maintain candidate database
• Assist with internal IT functionality- installing and maintaining computer systems and software, providing one-on-one technical assistance to staff as needed
• Other administrative duties as needed (answering phones, office management, etc.)
• Send out emails, check references as needed, and handle paperwork (e.g., Candidate Data Sheet, Bio links, Position Profiles, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, information technology, marketing, or related fields, or relatable experience.
• Experience in basic to complex computer searches and understanding of various social media channels
• Strong data entry and computer skills with a high level of accuracy
• Strong work ethic and disciplined mindset
• Have good time management skills, able to set daily, weekly goals and priorities, schedule daily events
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Positive energy and enthusiasm
