Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed product/service information.
  • Respond to inquiries related to billing, enrollments, and escalations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with account-related inquiries and provide information about services and products.
  • Provide feedback on customer concerns to help improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Proficient in computer usage and basic software programs.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Stress tolerance and patience when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
