Our client is a major 3PL for a wide variety of products, mainly dealing with beauty, wellness, and other, similar products. We are searching for a professional and smart IT Director to aid in the expansion of our client’s main operation, located in the city of Columbus, OH.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position. Monday to Friday. 8 am to 5 pm. Hours could be subject to change based on certain circumstances.

As the IT Director, you are the top IT Manager and Specialist that is overseeing all aspects of their Service Management systems and strategies. Notably, there is an emphasis on Warehouse hardware and warehouse software systems.

You will:

· Lead an established team of IT Professionals to make sure the IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, and efficient.

· Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for advancement from members of your team.

· Oversee the implementation of the transportation management systems (TMS).

· Coordinate the TMS integration and optimization

· Help train departments on TMS functions, which include configurations and other best practices.

· Manage and optimize the company’s IT Infrastructure, which includes network, servers, cloud environment, and other software applications.

· Ensure TMS solutions meet the needs of the logistics teams

· Implement cybersecurity measures

· Monitor system performance and handle any problems that could result in slowdown of IT performance.

· Recruit members for your IT Team.

· Ensure all IT systems are kept in compliance with regulatory requirements and other industry standards.

· Other duties as needed.
