A global entertainment company is looking to hire a Corporate Paralegal. This company works with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to renowned performers and celebrities - helping them put on events. The ideal candidate will support the business on matters relating to entity management and corporate governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage entity maintenance and assist on matters relating to corporate governance
  • Handle international matters including issues in EMEA, MENA, APAC, LATM, and NA
  • Support C-Suite executives when needed
  • Keep organized records, maintain minutes, handle state and local filings, prepare government documents, manage payments, and more
  • Work directly with outside IP counsel to preserve company's IP portfolio

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of Paralegal experience. Both in-house and law firm preferred
  • Entity Management and Corporate Governance experience
  • Ability to work cross functionally and support multiple teams across the business
  • Exceptional organization, communication, time management, and research skills
  • 5 days a week in office. Lancaster County, Pennsylvania
