We're a growing local public accounting firm looking for a highly motivated Tax Manager with 7+ years of public accounting experience. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of client engagements, from tax planning and research to complex tax return review, while developing strong client relationships and mentoring junior staff. Job Details

Day to Day...
  • Deliver comprehensive tax services in accordance with regulations
  • Provide strategic tax planning and review complex individual and business tax returns
  • Manage client relationships and overall tax needs
  • Lead, coach, and supervise tax staff to ensure quality and timeliness of work
  • Participate in training initiatives and serve as an internal technical resource

Requirements...
  • CPA required; MST preferred
  • 7+ years in public accounting with strong technical tax expertise
  • Proven experience leading tax engagements and managing teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
  • A collaborative, curious, and self-motivated mindset aligned with our firm's values
