About the company
Agentplace is building an AI-native workspace where teams create and work with AI agents. Unlike competitors, we're focused on agents from day one, and we're building a full business suite, not just another no-code tool. Based in San Francisco, featured in VentureBeat, USA Today, and Fast Company.
About the role
We're looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer who turns market attention into distribution and users. This isn't generic marketing. We want someone who understands GTM better than the founder, has a feel for the audience, and brings new ideas instead of waiting for instructions.
The role focuses on two distribution channels:
Content is the main focus. Content has an endless competitive surface: wherever you start, the right approach lets you stand out.
Generative Search Optimization (GSO) means getting Agentplace into answers from AI search and LLMs. Someone on the team already leads this; you'll help scale it.
You'll work closely with the founder and product team, constantly testing positioning, messaging, and growth channels. There's no dedicated marketing team yet, so you'll own both strategy and execution.
What you'll do
Content and distribution
Spot emerging market narratives and turn them into content and clear use cases
Run daily distribution on LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels
Publish posts, demos, threads, and short videos
Generative Search Optimization
Help grow GSO as a channel together with the person leading it
Adapt content and narratives for AI search and LLM answers
Measure visibility and iterate
Growth experiments
Constantly test messages, hooks, and narratives
Run growth experiments on landing pages, content, and channels
Measure results and iterate fast
What we're looking for
Strong hands-on approach and focus on results
Deep GTM expertise: you bring new ideas, not someone else's playbook
A feel for the audience and narratives that hook
Experience running content distribution for a startup or product
Understanding of GSO as a channel and willingness to grow it
Ability to turn product features into clear stories and content
Understanding of growth loops and an experiment-driven approach
Comfort with fast iteration
Nice to have
Experience in AI, developer tools, or SaaS
A track record of growing an audience on LinkedIn, X, or YouTube
Experience working with founders on early-stage GTM
Ability to make simple product demos or short videos
What success looks like
Consistent, high-quality content and strong distribution
A stronger GSO channel and growing visibility in AI search
More inbound interest and new users
Clear product narratives grounded in experiments
Fast iteration on messaging and use cases
