As a Sales Lead, you will be a key player in fostering lasting relationships with our valued customers, embodying the spirit of our brand, and driving sales through exceptional service.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Take charge and lead by example in driving sales initiatives. Be a role model for the team, setting high standards for customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and genuine relationships with customers. Leverage your outgoing personality and passion for fashion to create trust and loyalty, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Outreach and Promotion: Proactively reach out to customers through various channels to inform them about new arrivals, latest trends, and ongoing promotions. Use your persuasive communication skills to entice customers to visit the store and discover our latest offerings.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our latest collections and product offerings. Provide expert advice on styling, ensuring customers feel confident and satisfied with their purchases.
  • Organization: Keep track of customer preferences, follow-up on leads, and maintain an organized approach to customer interactions. Utilize our CRM system to enhance communication and create a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in a retail sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for Fashion: Genuine interest and knowledge of current fashion trends, styles, and brands.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customers.
  • Organization and Initiative: Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
