Title: ETL Lead -W2 only

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA /Rocky Hill ,CT (Onsite only)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development team and deal with business users.
  • Understand the business needs and provide solutions.
  • Involved in design, development and deployment EDW & BI projects and product implementations.
  • Development of ETL processes and SQL programming to facilitate data exchanges.
  • Coordinate, plan, develop and support ETL processes including architecting table structure, building ETL process, documentation.
  • Document steps needed to migrate database objects between various environments including Development, UAT, Staging, and Production
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases
  • Skilled at optimizing large, complicated SQL statements.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance all objects packages/functions.
  • Data Conversion experience is preferred.
  • Working experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS.


Required Skills:

  • Must have a minimum of 10+ years development experience with EDW.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as lead.
  • Must have hands on experience leading onsite team and dealing with business users.
  • Must have proven experience in ETL with EDW.
  • Must have experience working with business users•
  • Must be strong in SQL.
  • Good Understanding of Data Modeling, Database Design, EDW Concepts, Predictive Modeling.
  • Must have excellent communication skill.
  • Must be Domain expertise.
  • Nice to have Healthcare.
