Position Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Advisor to join our F45 team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective members, embody the F45 ethos, and drive membership sales through exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Membership Sales: Drive membership growth by conducting outreach to leads, giving studio tours, and explaining membership options.

• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with prospective and current members to understand their fitness goals and provide personalized solutions.

• Lead Management: Manage and follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and text messages to maximize conversion rates.

• Studio Presentation: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment in line with F45 standards.

• Community Building: Actively participate in the studio’s events, classes, and member challenges to foster a sense of community.

• Administrative Tasks: Assist with member sign-ups, manage the CRM system, and provide daily sales reports to studio management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness is highly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
