The Ford Agency is actively recruiting an experienced Paralegal Supervisor to join the busy paralegal team at a top DC law firm. This individual supports the firm's leadership through strategically managing the long-term and day-to-day workload of its paralegal team.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Support recruiting and hiring process for Firm paralegals
  • Create and implement training and professional development programs for paralegals
  • Directly manage paralegals and manage their performance as needed
  • Review and approve billable hours
  • Maintain administrative records
  • Collaborate with attorneys to understand workflow needs and staff paralegals accordingly
  • Evaluate performance and participate in the performance review process


Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience mentoring and training paralegals at all levels to continue to advance their skillsets
  • Thorough understanding of the litigation process
  • Professional interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate all levels of staff
  • Excellent MS Office skills
