This is an onsite role in Charlotte, NC
This is a W2- USC/ GC only role
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience with Symphony software support
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Expert experience/knowledge of Office 365 ProPlus Applications
• Understands Microsoft MDM tools - Intune, Azure Identity and Rights Management, Enterprise Mobility Suite and how the ProPlus client behaviors are when changes are made
• Understand Office 365 products including Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, on premise, online and hybrid
• Understands Exchange 2013 features, migration, and related concepts
• Experience migrating large enterprise clients to Office 365
• Experience with Office 365 deployment from different sources and troubleshooting complex install issues
• SCCM, MDT, OS/Application deployment toolset engineering
• Access Database Editing/Setup DSN Connections
• Knowledge and experience with managing and administering Office 365 (user provisioning / de-provisioning, permissions, access, etc.)
• Proficient communication and presentation skills
• Proficient technical writing skills using MS Office suite - PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, Project
• Proficient with Project Management Concepts: Six Sigma, MBF, ITIL
• Advanced technical knowledge with Active Directory
• Assist administration teams with troubleshooting network/server issues and testing of system related issues
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a technology or IT security related field, or commensurate experience
• Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business users
• Assist with internal efficiencies projects and development
• Scripting knowledge is a plus
- Candidate will be part of the Skype chat and email team.
- Ideally candidate will have experience with Matter-Most platform by Skype (Linux and MySQL based)
- Experience with Platform Persistant Chat - Microsoft
- 24x7 operations support level 3 - managing servers, infrastructure and backend
- Occasionally team has weekend deployments and rotate being on call
1 round, 2 person panel interview = decision made. Symphony experience is a MUST Candidate must have heavy Teams experience and Skype for business. We will also be looking for Linux experience - team works with a chat application.
