Our client has a new opportunity for a qualified Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Malvern, PA. The top candidate will be professional, well-spoken, and possess good verbal and written communication skills, providing top-notch support of Lenovo Laptops, and a mix of Network Printers. The schedule will be Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm.
 
Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting Windows 10 and MS 0ffice 365

• Remote access

• SCCM imaging

• Asset management

• Use of the ServiceNow ticketing system

• Break-Fix support, changing system boards, HDDs, laptops, LCDs, etc.

• IMAC – Receiving equipment, unboxing and deploying (set up, breakdown)

• Responsible for shipping and tracking equipment to remote users and tracking returns, documenting everything in ServiceNow

 
Skills and Qualifications

• Leadership

• Self-Starter

• CompTIA A+ certification (Required) or after starting the role

• Able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status

• Good troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software

• Must be detailed and process-oriented

• Able to work independently following detailed steps

• Lenovo warranty certification is a plus

 
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
