Embedded Systems Developer/RF Engineer

Position: Embedded Systems Developer/RF Engineer

Location: Remote (Arizona)

Duration: 4 Months


Job Description:

  • existing software to work on System on a chip (SoC) device
  • firmware to achieve desired functionality
  • software and firmware for errors and apply appropriate fixes


Basic Qualifications:

  • years of experience in professional software development
  • years of experience in embedded system design
  • years of experience developing embedded firmware
  • programming in C and Python


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or higher in Computer or Electrical Engineering
  • experience with the Linux kernel and RTOS platforms
  • experience with 2 or more of the following: Software Defined Radios, Microcontroller Firmware, Embedded Radio Firmware (nRF, Ti, Silex, ESP), HDL
  • developing and maintaining docker containers
  • scripting in bash
  • working with nRF24 or nRF52 series Nordic Semiconductor SoCs
  • to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • to modify assembly language
  • to work with debugging software (e.g. IDA-Pro)
  • communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • with embedded systems design and development
  • who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
