The Enterprise Platforms Administrator will successfully develop, customize, and integrate a wide array of platform solutions related to internal business workflow, origination, credit analysis, and documentation. This role will be responsible for implementing and administering applications and platforms designed to automate back-office needs and facilitate collaboration across various business units. This position will leverage various technologies and applications while being responsible for release and change management across assigned platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with lines of business to identify ways to improve process execution and achieve operational efficiencies using workflow, CRM, loan origination, core banking, and related technology as assigned.
  • Design, document, configure, test and deploy enhancements to assigned applications & platforms via the bank’s change management processes.
  • Research changes and releases in upcoming versions of assigned platforms and other integrated applications.
  • Optimize processes, deliver efficiencies, and manage integrations of assigned platforms.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, establish user profiles and assist with business adoption of platform capabilities.
  • Coordinate and conduct systems training for CrossFirst Bank employees.
  • Attend industry and product webinars and other educational opportunities; evaluate newly released functionality and related impact on workflow.
  • Review system release notes and summarize pertinent changes for CrossFirst Bank employees.
  • Work independently with little supervision as well as work in a team environment to achieve organizational goals.
  • Complete internal audits and testing of established key monitoring controls to manage reputational, financial and compliance risks.
  • Interact with internal and external clients while providing extraordinary service.
  • Develop and maintain trusted, positive relationships with employees, clients and vendors.
  • Represent the Bank and Enterprise Applications & Platforms team in a highly professional manner.
  • Complete job assignments in a professional, timely and efficient manner; organize and prioritize work.
  • Maintain confidentiality; adhere to CrossFirst Bank policies and procedures; comply with laws, regulations and industry best practices.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance; both onsite and remote.


Qualifications:

  • Three years of demonstrated experience in banking, financial services, or related field preferred.
  • Two years of demonstrated experience in bank system administration and business process automation.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the commercial loan origination, documentation, and servicing processes strongly preferred.
  • Experience with loan systems (including core banking), documentation generation programs.
  • Experience with system integrations and API documentation is preferred.
  • Project management experience helpful.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work by dividing time, attention and effort between assigned workload and on-going support tasks.
  • Demonstrated success with communication of professional and accurate correspondence and written reports.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with office automation equipment, including phones, computers and related software, including proficiency with using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
