The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, reviewing medical records, maintaining case files, conducting investigations to obtain information on cases and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Legal fact and basic legal research
  • Assist with case management
  • Organize and electronically file pleadings
  • Coordinate and schedule calendars


Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a active Litigation firm
  • Ability to work overtime
  • ability to work independently
