Required Experience

  • Project Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing road/highway construction projects within the heavy civil sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes specific to road and highway projects.
  • Budget and Schedule Management: Experience overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets and complex schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Safety and Compliance: Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and a track record of enforcing strict safety standards.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management software like Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
