Russell Tobin's client, the largest manufacturing company, is hiring a Data Entry Specialist in Mason, OH.

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Hybrid (2-3x per week in Mason Office, otherwise remote)
Duration: temp to hire
Salary: $15 - 17.86 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days per week in our Mason office and provides the flexibility of remote work for the remaining days. The position involves supporting the successful implementation of new Small Business Clients and requires adherence to  high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Implementation Support: Execute preliminary steps for setting up new clients, following guidelines and processes provided through our shared Salesforce queue.
• Task Tracking: Accurately track and manage tasks using our proprietary Salesforce Implementation Tracker Project Management tool.
• Benefit Set-Up Validation: Validate benefit setups in the core Facets system and communicate any discrepancies to implementation owners.
• Online Portal Access: Set up new client online portals, including sending communication emails, tracking status, and reporting issues.
• Document Management: Monitor the team’s shared Outlook mailbox for incoming membership documents from clients, brokers, or Third Party Administrators (TPAs).
• Document Review: Review incoming membership documents for formatting and data accuracy, ensuring all required updates are made for successful enrollment and processing.

• High-Volume Environment: Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume work setting.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks.
• Microsoft Excel: Medium-advanced proficiency.
• Outlook Proficiency: Effective use of Outlook for communication and task management.
• Cloud-Based Applications: Familiarity with Cloud-based platforms like OneDrive.
• Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and systems efficiently.
• Data Entry Experience: Preferred experience in data entry roles.
• Communication Skills: Capable of clearly articulating findings, issues, or concerns.
