Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. This role will involve day-to-day tasks related to supporting the HR team and ensuring smooth HR operations.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Familiarity with HR management and policies
  • Experience in employee benefits management
  • Ability to handle personnel management tasks
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of HR software systems is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field OR recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
