Hiring ASAP We are looking for a positive self-starter to work as a Human Resources Coordinator in a hybrid role in King of Prussia, PA. Duties include monitoring and tracking documentation and files, recruitment, orientation and onboarding, regulatory management, employee relations and engagement, along with additional Human Resources duties. Responsibilities:
- Monitor the tuition assistance program, run and audit monthly reports, manage check requests, manage employee ID badges/parking passes, track employee files, manage electronic PAFs, and monitor bi-weekly payroll reports/adjustment sheets.
- Assist with phone screens, obtain reference checks, complete background checks and drug screening, upload new hire data from ATS to HRIS, and obtain required documents/verifications.
- Provide orientation and onboarding for all new employees (i.e., schedule orientation, conduct orientation, arrange office space, etc.)
- Ensure new employee I9 process is compliant and follow up on all compliance hotline calls.
Education:
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare OR a minimum of 5 years Human Resources experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources field required.
- Experience with HRIS Systems preferred (ex: LAWSON) preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment law (federal, state, and local) required.
- Healthcare environment experience preferred.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or CHHR certification preferred.
