We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Strategic Project Consulting team within the Power Delivery Solutions division. In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of utility projects, including capital transmission substation initiatives, while mentoring project management staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead teams across engineering, construction, permitting, and environmental functions to deliver utility transmission projects.
  • Manage portfolio performance, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, and scope objectives.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address issues, report progress, and mitigate risks.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable processes, and compliance with contract requirements.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the utility industry, including electric power infrastructure projects.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage project portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Supervisory experience with a focus on team building and talent development.
  • Willingness to travel periodically as required.


Preferred Skills:

  • PMP certification or willingness to obtain within two years.
  • Experience with PowerBI or other visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with regional electric utilities.


Location: Central Ohio (remote with periodic travel to client sites).
