Title: MAC Desktop Support

Location: Onsite 5x per week in Suwanee, GA

Duration: 3 month contract to hire

Rate: $20.00 - $27.00/hr


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

2-4 years experience The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Apple devices, including MacBooks, MAC Servers, and iPads. Troubleshooting password resets, applications not working, JAMF (must have- software to manage the mac experience) Must be self sufficient -- this person is sitting with the photo studio (not the rest of the team/at HQ)


NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA)

MAC (Apple) technician This role involves supporting approximately 40 MAC users. 16 people, the rest are staging devices, 3-4 mac servers The technician will be based within the department, though the rest of the IT team will assist as needed. 80% mac 20% pc
