2nd shift - 3pm-11pm CST


3rd shift - 11pm-7am CST


Apex Systems Inc. is currently looking for a Desktop Technician II in the Richardson, Texas area.


Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 escalated technical issues
  • Maintain and manage workload through computerized ITSM ticketing and tracking system (ServiceNow)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues on laptops, PCs, thin clients and mobile devices
  • Use SCCM, PowerShell, Active Directory and other diagnostic and remediation utilities to identify, diagnose and correct issues
  • Support, troubleshoot and train end users on Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 email and Outlook


Minimum Experience Required:


• Basic Python experience is a huge plus

• 3+ years of experience as a desktop technician supporting networked systems and telephone equipment - *User Facing - candidate must be outgoing and able to work through solutions with users*

• Experience installing, troubleshooting and supporting corporate AV equipment, and building, deploying and troubleshooting desktop computers in a corporate environment


It’d be great if you also have:

• Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or vocational training in Computer Science or Management Information Systems

•Willingness to work a flexible schedule that will change from time to time to align with production schedules.
