Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Hybrid JavaScript Developer with strong proficiency in Netsuite, JavaScript, Node.js, and web API consumption. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Netsuite solutions tailored to our business needs. This position offers the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite, providing flexibility while ensuring collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Netsuite solutions, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Netsuite.
  • Develop scalable and efficient JavaScript code for frontend and backend applications.
  • Utilize Node.js for server-side development and API consumption.
  • Implement and optimize web API integrations to connect Netsuite with external systems and services.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and performance.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually improve development processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer with expertise in Netsuite development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., Express.js).
  • Experience with Netsuite SuiteScript for scripting and customization.
  • Solid understanding of web API consumption and integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Netsuite certification(s) (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, etc.) preferred but not required.
