Job Title: E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager


Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-drive individual to develop our online marketplace strategy and drive revenue growth across all ecommerce channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about implementing and optimizing digital strategies. As a growing consumer and lifestyle brand, we need someone with expertise in Shopify and Marketplace management who can work efficiently and independently to increase online sales. This role is an in person position in our Hanover, Massachusetts headquarters.

Operating under our Rustic Marlin and private label brands, we are now expanding our focus on building a robust digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong e-commerce background to join our team and drive our digital strategy forward. 


  • Innovate and Grow: Identify and lead new opportunities for growth and expansion across various online marketplaces.
  • E-Commerce Marketplace Management: Establish and manage our presence on key marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair, and Etsy. This includes product and page setup, enhancing branding, improving consumer experience, and optimizing site performance.
  • Manage Shopify Websites: Own the day-to-day operations of two Shopify sites, including product additions, navigation updates, checkout improvements.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze performance data from all digital channels and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align on promotions, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
  • Analyze Competition: Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmark performance, and inform strategy.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital strategy, particularly with Shopify and major online marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, & Wayfair)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and revenue optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and working with cross-functional team
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work with product images in Adobe 
  • Strong Shopify experience.
