Appointment Setter

We’re National Van Lines. We provide full-service moving, packing and storage services for all our residential and commercial long-distance moving clients.

We are looking for appointment setter(s) to work out of our Broadview, Il office. We're looking for two part-time employees or one full-time employee (. We provide our clients with moving services across the United States). This is NOT a cold calling role; however, candidates MUST have outbound call experience setting sales appointments. The individuals you are calling on have already contacted us or one of our partners for moving assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Making multiple outbound calls to potential customers to set up an appointment with one of our Move Pro's (sales people). You will be making 150+ outbound calls a day.
• Understanding a customer’s needs and offering solutions and support.
• Qualifying leads from digital campaigns.
• Maintaining a database (CRM) of customers.
• Answering customer questions and follow-up questions.
• Work with other departments to ensure a smooth sale and service process.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.

Desired Experience/Skills:

• Previous experience in an outbound call center is highly desired. Previous inside sales experience or related sales experience is helpful.
• Poise and self-assurance in making outbound calls.
• Confidence with virtual calling platforms and screen time (Facetime, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) with the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers via a video call.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• Previous experience using a CRM is needed. Salesforce experience is highly desired.
• Persuasive and goal oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• We would prefer someone with a bachelor’s degree however not required.
