Our staffing agency is continually seeking enthusiastic Call Center Representatives for contractual positions to meet the ongoing needs of our diverse client base. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at customer service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
