Executive Alliance is pleased to represent our client who are a leading regional integrated media company, serving clients throughout the greater New York metropolitan area as well as parts of the U.S.
They are seeking an SEO Specialist to contribute to the strategy and execution of clients’ organic digital media efforts to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role requires knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Local Search Optimization, Online Reputation Management, Content Marketing and Email Marketing best practices.
NOTE: This hybrid role two (2) days remote with three (3) days in presence at the company's HQ in Melville, Long Island, NY. Only candidates accessible to Long Island will be considered.

Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed
Contribute to client blog strategies, including mapping optimization documents and writing/publishing blogs
Local Search Optimization (LSO)
Execute LSO deliverables, including local listing management (such as Google Business Profiles and Yext), website optimization for local SEO, and creating local content
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Execute ORM strategy from platform setup through review solicitation and response
Email Marketing
Manage email marketing ideation, deliverables, and deployment across client
Refine email efforts by proposing data-backed A/B test based on historical results
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Yext, Google Business Profiles).
- Knowledge of popular email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp).
- Familiarity with online reputation management platforms (Reputation.com, Review Trackers) and listings (Yelp, Google Business Profiles).
- Familiarity with organic social media management across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other leading channels is a plus.
- Experience in Google Analytics.
- Strong writing skills.
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Adaptable to change and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-starter qualities.
