The company is a Japanese lifestyle brand that manufactures wellness items. You will be responsible for handling Amazon marketplace platform with advanced problem-solving skills to seek out the possibility of our business expansion actively.


Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize product listings across various marketplaces, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, images, and pricing to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and execute effective advertising strategies to increase product visibility and drive traffic to our listings on marketplaces. Monitor and analyze ad performance to optimize campaigns
  • Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on marketplace platforms as well as corporate websites, providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Generate regular reports on sales, trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop effective business strategies and promotional activities based on data analysis and market trends to contribute to business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketplace strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Other duties assigned.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in Japanese - Conversational to Professional Working level.
  • Experience in Amazon Vendor Central operations or Amazon Seller Central operations for a manufacturer company.
  • Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or comparable graphic design software for the development of attractive visuals and infographics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
