Job Description:

The candidate will support a government entity to perform civil drafting for construction documents and be part of various types of civil engineering projects. They will be surveying property locations, topographic surveys, and using GIS software to perform these tasks. The CAD Designer will also be preparing clear and comprehensive reports to document project findings.


Requirements:

- Proficient with Civil 3D dynamic functions, plotter systems, and web-based permitting systems

- Experience in civil drafting, construction documents, and have technical knowledge of various types of civil engineering projects

- Familiarity with topographic surveys, GIS software, construction equipment, materials, and applicable regulations - Comprehensive understanding of civil engineering practices, standards, and construction plan production

- Authorization to work in the United States on our W2 is a must


Nice to have:

-Ability to proficiently use the My Government Online web based permitting system.

-Knowledge of the Federal, State, City, and professional regulations governing City projects
