We're on the lookout for a talented and customer-focused Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender at Reno’s Bar and Grill, you'll be pivotal in delivering exceptional beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This role demands expertise in mixology, outstanding communication skills, food service and a genuine dedication to providing unparalleled service.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Craft and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to our high-quality standards and recipes.

- Engage warmly with guests, offering recommendations and accurately recording orders.

- Efficiently manage food orders, promptly communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including inventory management and equipment upkeep.

- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols, including holding a valid food handlers safe certification.

- Monitor and regulate inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to keep supplies stocked.

- Conduct end-of-shift closeout procedures with precision, ensuring accurate accounting and drawer balancing.

- Handle cash and credit transactions swiftly and accurately in accordance with company policies.

- Uphold cleanliness and orderliness throughout the bar and dining areas, including dishwashing and tidying stations.

- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

- Practice responsible beverage service and comply diligently with all relevant regulations.

- Skillfully manage restaurant food orders, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the menu.

- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs promptly and courteously.

- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of dining areas and equipment.

- Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions as required.

- Uphold all company policies and procedures, prioritizing safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- Demonstrated experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

-  Strong multitasking abilities.

- Previous experience as a restaurant server is advantageous.

- Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage trends.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.

- Possession of valid food handlers safe certification and RBS certification.

- Keen attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Handle all cash and credit card close out transactions, and drawer balance

- Must be 21 years of age or older

**Dress Code:**

- All-black pants and shirts without any holes, crafted from cotton or denim materials. Leggings, shorts, and tank tops are not permitted.

- Closed-toed shoes are required for safety and hygiene purposes.

- Maintain a neatly groomed appearance, with hair securely fastened.

- Occasionally, promotional t-shirts may be provided for wear.

***Wage will  commensurate with experience level, to be determined by management. Any additional compensation will be in the form of tips.

Scheduled hours of operation, are currently:

• 4pm-11pm Wednesday- Saturday
