Supply Chain Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize software tools for sales funnel prediction, customer consumption analysis, and market research.
- Develop and use analytical models for future projections based on historical data.
- Model transitions between product generations and propose actions based on insights and uncertainty.
- Understand lead time influences on forecasts and apply basic statistics in planning analysis.
- Initially build models in spreadsheets and transition to more sophisticated tools over time.
- Present capacity plans in S&OP meetings, ensuring clarity and confidence in the analysis.
- Maintain consistency in communication and documentation across S&OP meetings.
- Calculate forecast accuracy measures and investigate forecast errors for continuous improvement.
- Present analyses to company leaders and drive enhancements in software tools.
- Test and validate new software for accuracy and workflow compatibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Data Science, Finance. MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years experience in planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Experience with ERP or supply chain planning software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creation of diagrams, charts, and tables.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a team environment.
- *Previous experience working with leading tech companies preferred*
