Job responsibilities:


  • Marketing Asset Coordination – Assist in planning, executing, and creating assets that promote our brand and products across multiple channels.
  • Content Creation and Management – Support the development and management content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, emails.
  • Website Updates – With direction from leadership update the website in a timely manner for events, products, industry information.
  • Administrative Support – Maintain marketing schedules, project timelines, and campaign documentation. Support gift-card or giveaways to partners and prospects for a variety of programs.
  • PR & Award Submission Support – Help draft press releases and award submissions for the company as required.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Assist in coordinating website, and other entities have the most up to date corporate and product information
  • Create new web pages, and update website as requested.
  • Coordinate webinar thought leadership and group demos.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, emails, company website, and social media posts.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company messaging.
  • Update and maintain the company website and support the updating of all social media platforms.
  • As requested help research to identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Support documenting competitors’ activities and announcements, and provide information to marketing leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas as requested.
  • Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials to customers and partners.
  • Gather feedback to improve marketing efforts.


Qualifications


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience leveraging design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand data and develop reports that display marketing performance.
