We are looking to fill a mid-level SharePoint SME role for one of our newest clients, a cyber intelligence-driven firm primarily focused on assisting the Federal Civilian, DoD, and U.S. Intelligence Communities.


The ideal candidate has an Active DoD-Issued Top Secret Clearance with SCI and a CI-Polygraph eligibility, 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions, and demonstrated experience with JavaScript/jQuery, HTML/CSS, and ASPX.

Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is seeking a mid-level SharePoint SME to support our client’s SharePoint-based internal collaboration sites at varying levels of classification. Management will use the sites for goal/objective tracking, milestone tracking, resource allocation, document compilation from simultaneous multiple user entries, and development of training materials and/or user guides for backup technical administrators, general users, and troubleshooting. The SharePoint SME will be consulted to develop relevant training and exercise activities required to validate the ability of the customer and interagency personnel.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based collaboration sites, ensuring functionality, security, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with management to understand and implement tracking needs for goals, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate simultaneous user entry for document compilation and ensure proper organization and version control.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and user guides for diverse user groups.
  • Provide timely support and troubleshooting assistance to address user issues and minimize disruptions.
  • Stay updated with SharePoint developments, best practices, and security standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement custom solutions and ensure smooth integration with other systems.


Required Skills:

  • Current U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI and a CI-Polygraph eligibility
  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in Business Technology or related field.
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Demonstrated ability to create collaboration site pages for use in day-to-day operations, and crisis operations on a variety of systems and at varying levels of classification (including UNCLASS, SIPRNET, and JWICS)
  • Demonstrated clear, detailed, and specific understanding of SharePoint workflow platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with JavaScript/jQuery, HTML/CSS and ASPX
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering technical and operation requirements, and preparing documents such as Mission Needs Statements, Concept of Operations, and other similar documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in program strategy development and project management, including the application of processes and tools for the tracking of tasks, accomplishments, and issues.
  • Demonstrated strong presentation skills; ability to train others; flexibility
  • Demonstrated experience of strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite


Preferred Skills:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree, Business Technology, or related field preferred
  • Experience with the development of project-related documentation such as System Concept of Operations Documents, Project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Project Plans, Configuration Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, Test Plans, Test Reports, Training Plans, and Training Materials
