Position: Scrum Master II

Location: Greenwood Village, CO (hybrid remote)

Duration: 4.5 month contract (40 hours/week + benefits)

Compensation: $55-57/hr W2


Description:

Hybrid- Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday


- ScrumMaster roles will be aligned to Agile Delivery teams transitioning to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Domains: Data Architecture, Infrastructure, Cloud, Systems Reliability – Foundation technology focused teams

- Type of background we are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.): 3-5 yrs. Scrum Master experience, Agile Coaching experience, SAFe certification preferred

- Top 3-5 Skills Needed: Communication, Facilitation, Agile Coaching, Neutrality & Obstacle Remover

- Top 3-5 Soft Skills for culture fit: Guiding a team with influence (without authority), identification and removal of blockers, creating psychological safety and enabling team performance

- Any certifications required?: SAFe SM or SP preferred
