WHAT DOES THIS ROLE ENTAIL?


Front-End Development:


  • Lead the development of a high-quality, user-centric front-end interface.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform designs into responsive web applications.
  • Optimize front-end components for maximum performance across web and mobile platforms.
  • Deploy database-driven reporting and data interactivity interfaces
  • Experience with third-party database grid tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.


Full-Stack Engineering:


  • Integrate front-end UI with server-side logic and functionality.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.


Collaboration & Innovation:


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in front-end technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve user experience and application efficiency.


WHO WOULD MAKE A FUTURE WELARIAN?


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Proficiency in back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby) and database technologies (SQL, MongoDB).
  • Proficient in implementing website login with 2FA (Google Authenticator and U2F) and secure session management customized by user.
  • Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong portfolio showcasing front-end development projects.
  • Passion for creating intuitive and dynamic user experiences.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Git version control.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Exposure to mobile app development is a plus.
