Role Overview:

As a WordPress Website Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in updating and maintaining client websites. Your expertise will ensure our clients' sites are attractive, user-friendly, and up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends. In addition to web design tasks, this position will also involve answering phone calls, data entry, and processing tickets & feedback.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain client websites using WordPress, ensuring high-quality standards and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with our design and development team to implement new features and functionalities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Answer phone calls, assisting clients and partners with inquiries and support.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to tickets and feedback, ensuring accurate and timely processing.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience with WordPress, including themes and plugins.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI, and responsive design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
  • No degree required; relevant experience and a strong portfolio are what we value most.
