Position: Sales Admin

Position Summary

The Sales Admin is a full-time role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to IndSpyre sales leadership, ensuring efficient operations, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. This position plays a critical role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing events, and handling various administrative tasks to support the strategic objectives of the company.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to sales leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed to support executive decisionmaking and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and other documentation to support executive functions and operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in administrative support or related roles in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service and support to executive leadership and internal teams.
